“Getting the run around”

Placed order on 12/28/2021 with Jack. I was told it was in stock. They say it has been picked up 1/8/22.
No one is able to give me Pro # or Bill of Lading # and they keep giving me the same info without anyway to confirm it was ever shipped. Shipper Odyssey Trucking has no record of anything.
Very disappointing and still waiting for return call from Jessica S. At Appliance Connections. Judy F and Naom B.
