I still mostly stand by my original review but I have learned something about the product reviews that I feel is important to pass on. Just because you order a product doesn't mean you get to review it. I wanted to leave reviews on the items I received and was told by customer service that I would receive an email with information on how to review ONLY IF I was selected. Yes, they apparently select who can leave reviews. Probably the reason that so many of their products have mostly positive reviews. I wanted to leave information that would be helpful to other buyers like my height, weight and how they fit based on the size I purchased to better help others choose a size. Unfortunately, I haven't been "CHOSEN" for any of the items I have purchased over the last year. It's unfortunate because I'm sure others have great information to give but aren't allowed to.

I ordered a dress for an upcoming wedding and ordered 2 different sizes, XL & 1X because I didn't know which would fit better. My measurements are bust 42, waist 38 & hips 43. The 1X was WAY too big and though the XL fit I wanted to try a Large. I was able to call customer service and the representative sent out the Large with free shipping and my account will be credited once I send back the dresses I chose not to keep. The customer service was excellent and I found the dresses to be of quality. The bottom of the dress was different than shown on their website but that's nothing I can't work with. I wanted to leave a review but I could not locate a tab to do so even though there were reviews for the product listed. I sent an email to the appropriate department but I haven't heard back from them. They have a 90 day return policy and though I haven't sent the dresses back in order to see how they handle the credit I have to say that so far overall I had a very good experience. I do have friends who have ordered swimsuits and sun dresses and have been just a happy with their experience therefore leading me to order.

I finally da receive my order and I was told he "initiated return" status is when ThredUp activates the return label when they get ready to ship it to you. That being said the Goode Box is supposed to be when one of their stylists puts together a box of items that possibly you would never have picked out for yourself and to surprise you with items. Well I was surprised for 75% of the items I received were items that I had marked as "favorites" I paid $10 to have ThredUp send me items that I already liked and had considered buying but hadn't yet. Basically I paid $10 to style myself. I wouldn't waste your money on the subscription boxes.

This review is about purchasing and customer service.

I had sent items in for consignment and received a decent amount for the items. I already knew their approximate payout amounts so I was happy with the amount I was receiving.

I decided to try their Goody Box which is where their stylists pick items Ana ship them to you to try. The amount I was receiving for my items I sent in for consignment would be applied to any items I wanted to keep as well as the $10 styling fee. Perfect I thought. I placed the order on 7/19/19 and received an order confirmations saying that once it shipped I would be notified. I've purchased one item before this and received it quickly and without problems. On 8/1/19 the app said the order was still in process and that a stylist was working on it. I sent an email with all the information requesting an update and received and automatic response saying that their customer service was inundated with inquiries and it would be a week before they could get back to me. I checked the app again today, 8/6/19, and the order now says "RETURN INITIATED". I sent another email today inquiring as to why and what this means for my order but this time I did not get an automated response so I'm not sure they will even address my issue. For me the frustration is that there is no customer service and even though they don't have a phone number I expected emails to be addressed. I have no idea where all of this is going to land but people need to really understand that THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. if you are reading the reviews and think well maybe I'll be luckier... yes you may be but heed the warnings of others.




BEWARE! I found this website and the clothes are really cute. I did an Internet search and didn't find anything at all on them. Their FB page only has posts from March 5, 2019 and no FB user comments. There is no customer service phone number to call only an email to customer support. Problem is that in order to contact customer support via their email area you need to put in a validation code. No matter how many times I entered the validation code and how many different codes it gave me I always received the error message "Verification code invalidation" therefore there is no way to contact customer service. The site address is in China so it is possible that the sizes will be 3 times smaller than US sizes but there is no way to confirm that since customer service cannot be contacted. BEWARE!

Love the customer service and easy returns. F you know your size in VS clothing and lingerie it's easy to order. Tip: some panties only come in Xl online and not in the store




You will see negative reviews on the "welcome box" because it is the same box that is send to everyone for the special $25 fee. A jump rope, ear buds, protein shake, small necklace, nail polish etc. I had the exact same reaction. I thought what a WASTE but decided to give it 1 more chance. When I received my summer box I was pleased. A contouring palet, shaving lotion, eye cream, necklace etc. it was worth the $40. I'm going to see if the next box is as good. If it is I will keep the subscription but if not I'll stop. All I can say is give it a chance. I will say that the customer service is almost non existent.




First order placed never shipped for they ran out of product even though I purchased and paid for them. After 30 days they finally canceled the order. Next order I received a size 6 shoes in a size 8 shoe box. Size 8 is what I ordered. Can't reorder the size 8 again because of the lack of availability. Tip: don't get excited about a pair of shoes ordered until you actually have them in your hands. Also, hautelook says every shoe "fits true to size" which is not the case. Some size 8 boots fit bigger than others. Very surprised since this is a Nordstrom's company.
