Ordered on 1/24/14. Paid by paypal. Nothing. Emailed 5 times since 2/3/14. Called number on order receipt. No response. They were happy to take my money but never got order and cannot get a response.

Due to a loose connection (mfg defect) the screen cracked from the inside. Mfg refused to honor warranty, and I ordered a replacement screen. It came within 5 days, and it works perfectly. When the local installer took the old screen off, he found the loose connection and advised the mfg. They apologized for not honoring the warranty and have recompensed by way of a new warranty to include accidental damage. Anyway, laptopscreen.com supplied a low cost, fully functional screen. I am a happy customer.
