Like one of the other reviews, I ordered the 'most functional backpack' but recieved a crappy black adidas backpack. None of the same features. I initially messaged the seller thinking this was a mistake. The seller didnt respond to multiple emails i sent him over 2 weeks. Afterwards i had enough and decided to dispute this through Paypal.

Only after disputing this with paypal did the seller return my email. But he stated he cannot send the functional backpack I originally wanted (didnt give a reason) and said I should keep the crappy adidas backpack and he would refund me 15%.

I told them that this isn't good enough and want a full refund. Also advised them that im happy to send the item back, provided they pay for shipping.

Merchant takes another week and replies saying that their 'company policy' states they do not pay for shipping costs. I asked them to show me on their website where this is written or a copy of their terms and conditions document. Seller could not provide, instead gives me another low ball offer of giving me back 20% and to keep the backpack. By this stage I had enough and decided to deal directly with paypal so I dont have to deal with this scam company.
