Firstly, I am so sorry for all those who encountered 'shopping' with Queenfy. I totally empathise with you all.
Yes. Queenfy rorted me well over $1200 (USD). How? I saw the 'PayPal' icon & believed this stream of payment to be safe & secure. I only made one Order, for about $320 (AUD). I check the Queenfy site for the 'progress' of my Order. I discovered that Queenfy had 'reduced' my Order, due to the 'unavailability' of some of the items I ordered & was notified by this 'non repliable' email address: *******@queenfy.com. Queenfy, (buying time for background scam moves to counteract my responses), attempted to 'delay' my reaction/responses to the sudden & unwanted 'change of Order', by saying that "Some of the items you have ordered are no longer available. But you would be happy to know that we have adjusted your Order costs to $240 something (USD)." I immediately thought, "WHAT?! How the hell did THEY alter the 'amount' of 'my' money without my authority, for their 'discount', 'reduction in price', 'specials', or whatever?!"
I immediately contacted PayPal & queried this illegal transaction that was not authorised by me & that Queenfy DID NOT take my original Order 'off' or 'away', but rather ADDED the now two different Orders, totaling around over $500 (AUD). PayPal then asked me if I would like to initiate a 'dispute' & try to retrieve my funds for me from Queenfy. Of course I agreed.
In the meantime, Queenfy has succeeded to continually take unauthorised funds from my personal bank account, to the value of over $1200. PayPal are taking so long to retrieve my funds, I was forced to ring my banking institution to 'cease' my bank card, as two more 'chunks' of money were taken by Queenfy, but only my bank can see these transactions, & NOT PayPal. This means, Queenfy began using my bank details direct, & not through PayPal. Luckily my bank responds quicker than PayPal & retrieved the amount of funds Queenfy were attempting to get out of my bank direct.
Then I pondered on thoughts, "Why are hackers & fraudsters successfully being registered with PayPal, how did they 'slip off' the PayPal Database & were able to steal my bank account details & use their own means to 'play' with, & 'why' would anyone do scams like these, if they know I will only retrieve my funds, one way or another, anyway?"
I had just watched, Frontline United States of Secrets Part 1, then Part 2, on YouTube.
PayPal cannot see on their Database what is on my Banking App. In other words, this is a clear indication that, somewhere amidst all the rip offs & delay in responses by Queenfy (buying time), Queenfy began to 'exclude' PayPal completely, forcing me to 'cease' my Bank Card. 'How' they 'did it' is pretty much made clear in the YouTube doco above. They rerouted my data from the insecure PayPal site, to wherever they are, hence still taking money, without PayPal's knowledge.
Then when wondering 'why', I figured this out. I pay PayPal to look after my money & secure safe online purchases, etc. Any amounts of funds taken out of my account is at a USD rate, more than my original Order price. Queenfy take my money & it cannot be disputed until my money is put into THEIR banking institution & cleared. Their bank then too, earns 'interest' on my money, whilst the PayPal disputes system is tediously slow to resolve, even allowing Queenfy to 'Respond' to my dispute, using a PayPal Clause, "Never Received Items Purchased". I told PayPal that that is NOT my reason for trying to retrieve my funds. Because if PayPal use that excuse, whilst allowing Queenfy to 'respond', Queenfy KNOWS this & will send me 'items' and & will say that I did 'receive' the items, despite no longer wanting them, because they excluded the items I wanted most, & to which I wanted to 'mix & match'.
Apparently, PayPal cannot use the excuse, "Discovered Fraudulence" in any of their criteria to 'legitimately' retrieve my funds, with no wanton of items or anything to do with Queenfy, because I am now afraid that the entire scam may involve 'Child Slave Labour' somewhere in China, an enterprise I DO NOT wish to support.
Then when/if I get my money back via PayPal, I am left with Overdraw & Debit debts, conversion dollar rate exchange costs & I am still paying PayPal, until this dispute is resolved.
Everyone from PayPal, to overseas banks & Queenfy earned money in this scam, except me; the consumer.
"$#*! Queenfy. $#*! Facebook (where the ad for Queenfy was found), & $#*! PayPal for taking so long, when my bank works quicker than you."
Now that I have shared this with you, Shop at your own peril. But, please do not feel a 'fool'... just because we do not have Degrees in Information Technology. These people are not on our level of 'innocence'. Only a Criminal thinks like a Criminal.
Us being duped by PayPal & Queenfy only reinforces that 'the duped' have innocent minds.

Don't bother going for the 'business' of PayPal. Get your bank to RETRIEVE YOUR FUNDS, straight FROM PayPal DIRECT. I did yesterday. I woke to ALL of my funds having been retrieved! My Bank Rocks! <3

I got a Housesitter who was looking after my home & dogs for the day, whilst I was preoccupied with a terminally ill friend.
As predicted above (& in my PayPal Review), I come home to find a rather stressed House Sitter, who felt she was 'pushed' into signing for a parcel from Queenfy (delivered by an Asian man), well 'after' retrieving my money & ceasing any Order (like nearly a month ago), & retrieving associated 'stolen' funds from Queenfy & PayPal, through my bank.
I am NOT paying Queenfy a cent...& the 'parcel' is in the trash, as instructed, should any 'parcel' at all, arrive in my absence. It is not a crime if you do not benefit from it.
I will NOT pay for a 'return' & 'shipping' costs, when I got my money back from PayPal & Queenfy 'prior' to any shipping Queenfy did, against my wishes, & when communication with Queenfy & PayPal was almost non existent & fruitless.
My 'unfamiliar' Housesitter signed for the parcel in my absence. Not me...& she was an 'on call' House Sitter, as a last minute life & death emergency. I can't even remember her name. Damn.
"Oops, Queenfy. You fu<ked up another Order... but this time, it's YOUR loss...& YOU can retrieve any of YOUR financial 'losses' through your friends at PayPal, who no longer have my money. Have fun. I know EXACTLY how you must be feeling."

Strange that... I couldn't contact PayPal or Queenfy with 'success'...& now that they've fu<ked up... all of a sudden THEY ALL want to 'talk' to me. I think I started a bi<tch fight between PayPal & Queenfy & NOW they want to me to 'pay' for their fu<k up? Hahaha. How much is it costing you all in data, time, stationery, phoning my bank, man power, etc to harass me? Because I'm a 'Human Rights Activist'. I will allow you to waste your time & money & gracefully go to prison, before giving you thieving *******@stards a cent.
Queenfy? 'Arbitration'? Ok. 'Arbitrate' with all of these Australian Authorities who you & PayPal have been reported to:

The more people (even in other countries), who take a little time to Report their negative experiences with online thefts, scams & rorts, etc. a 'trend' develops, & these Government Departments collate our 'statistics' (ie. Complaints), to literally 'BAN' these criminals from harming Australian Citizens.
It is recommended that 'Online Shoppers' from other countries seek the same Government Departments in your country to do the same.
Queenfy, you & PayPal have been officially reported to all of the above Australian Authorities. You may not even have to 'introduce' yourself... because they already 'know' PayPal.

I notified Sitejabber & told them that I can
Login to Sitejabber from any device, but my primary one. Sitejabber fixed the 'technical' login problems. I don't know what was wrong with just my primary device login capacity. Perhaps vengeful fraudsters & hackers... relentlessly at it again.
* WARNING: Queenfy has changed it's name & are still ripping off my friends. Their new name is something like Swoosh. Same clothes. Same service, as Queenfy, if any at all.
If you see these outfits I have uploaded as pics, no matter what the name is of the site, believe me, it appears to be Queenfy.
A friend tried to Order the clothes I did not get from Queenfy, as the outfits on this new shopping page are virtually no different to Queenfy.
Now my friend is being 'scammed' in the exact same way, by the new Queenfy called, 'Wish" or "Swoosh". It is VERY similar to Queenfy. Please see pics.
