The us site said free return, when I received my first order, I didn't like the quality and wanted to return it, however when I login to my account, there is no order history, it just disappeared. I can not start the return process and can not receive any response from Shein regarding return.
Update. Shein customer support contacted me and I was able to return the items and receive my refund, Thank you so much Alexis for the help!
