I went to Mac Morley Myer yesterday to just ask if there is any sort of info from Mac to return a product as I had purchased it from a different place. The lady called Samantha was very unpleasant in dealing with my question and not unknowledgeable about a certain company or item, she did not even let me finish my enquiry and she got very rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful. Before she even provides any sort of info, seek help from colleagues, or her manager, she straight away started shouting and told me to go back to where I purchased the product from and she is not going to do anything about it. I was very shocked and got terribly upset the way she treated me. So, I just told her if you cannot help, there is no need to get rude and treat people bad. I walked to the counter, where there was another lady there and I explained to her what happened, the lady told me to come back later to speak to the manager as she is on her lunch break at the moment and she asked me to provide my name with a phone number. While the other lady was talking to me, Samantha came to the counter and said to me I'll call someone to help you, I just said to her before you got rude and disrespected me, you could've done this earlier. To me as a customer, Samantha acted very unprofessional, have extremely poor customer service and lack of knowledge about the company and its products. I work as an assistant manager, I believe no customer deserves to be treated in that way. Later that day I went to a different Mac store where I received the best customer service and they provided with full details of consumer care within Australia and internationally without any rudeness or any complications.
