I ordered the seersucker bow tie onesie/hat combo in addition to another beanie hat. I only received the two hats and no onesie! I immediately sent an email to customer service and received a generic reply stating they would respond, typically within 24 hours. Well, it has been 5 days and I have heard nothing! There's no way to speak with anyone because apparently you can only contact via email. I tried giving the benefit of the doubt thinking it was just an error but at this point, they aren't trying to rectify the situation.
