I was on shop disney ordering ALL of my sons Christmas gifts. I placed the order but the site said it didn't process because of a payment problem. It emptied my cart and then I had to redo the order. That order went through. Then I recieved an email for 2 orders! I called immediately, but they said it was already processing and the could not cancel it! I would be having 2 huge payments coming out of my checking at CHRISTMAS! They said that I had no other choice but to wait for the packages to arrive and return one. I would then have to wait however long it took them to get it back and refund my money! This whole thing has put me in a bind and disney didn't care or try to make it right in any way. Basically saying too bad so sad. When I got nowhere over the phone I tried the chat and they were legit rude and saying things that made me ask them "Are you messing with me?" It was like they were mocking me. When I went to screenshot the conversation it disappeared. I have messaged on Facebook and email asking for the transcript of the chat, because it was so ridiculous it's hard to believe. They have not replied to either. I will never shop with them again. No customer service or compassion. Oh and it has been 3 days and the order is still in processing and not shipped. Tell me why it couldn't be canceled minutes after it was placed!
