You run a number of risks including security by buying on this site. Recently, a seller sent me an email (I live in Canada) and several others including Russians without hiding my address. On the other hand, most customer service workers do not understand English well and use straightforward courtesy phrases that mean nothing. This customer service is unequaled poverty. When the employee understands a minimum of English, it is still very difficult to be understood, it is light years between my culture and that of the Chinese. Buy Amazon or Ebay, they respect their rules!
