Beware before you purchase! This company has very specific and hidden fine print and WILL NOT give a refund for any reason. They list all reasons possible in the fine print that you would want a refund and that they will deny you. I had used the product for my desktop and did not realize it would work differently on my son's Chromebook. I soon realized that my son could simply go on private browsing on any browser and this software picks up none of that activity. It does not catch search terms or alert words on private browsing. It does not even take pictures of the private browsing. I set to take pictures every 5 minutes. Even with the private browser open and active, it only takes pictures of the regular browser underneath. It does not say anywhere that it works differently on Chromebook than other devices. I knew it wasn't going to work within an hour of purchase and requested a refund for my year's subscription. Nope. They refused. Not even a partial. If you give them any money, they will keep it. It doesn't even matter if you don't use the product. I told them I can't use the product, so they canceled my account and still refused to give me any kind of a refund. They blamed me and gave me a list of all possible reasons that they do not give refunds, in the fine print. Including, "you assumed the software function based on previous use". These people have no care. They only want to keep your money. NOT an honorable company at all. They do not care about customer service. They only care about pocketing as many payments as possible. They must really be hard up for money. If you let them take a payment, and turn around in 5 minutes and realize the software does not work on your device, you are out of luck, and it is your fault. They should not advertise this as something that works with Chromebook! I even got the Chromebook version! (what a joke, they have no Chromebook version, it is a lie!) and it is completely useless. I complained and asked for a refund and they just canceled my account and said no refund. Bad company. Do not recommend and will never recommend.
