In mid-December 2016, I ordered a drone for my son. They charged my credit card right away but I never got an email confirming shipping. I contacted them in early January 2017. It was then that they told me that they could not ship to a PO Box. I gave them a street address to ship to. They said it would take 2-6 days to send out my order and that they would send a confirmation email when that happened. That never happened. In mid-January, I tried contacting them again on their Chat but nobody answered. I tried contacting them thru PayPal, who they use for their credit card transactions. Several days later, still no response from GeekBuying. I then asked PayPal to intervene, as my credit card had been charged back in December and I still had no product from GeekBuying. PayPal just sent me an email letting me know that GeekBuying will be refunding my credit card. This was a very disappointing experience. I do not understand why they would charge my credit card, and then never deliver the product.
