They are horrible, charged for three day shipping I ordered on 14th today is 22nd still no fabric. They left me a message on the 16th saying that they only had 14 yards of 15 that I needed was that acceptable. First I would have answered there call if they hadn't called from a restricted number and second that was 2 days later and suppose to be three day shipping, hello..., so i email them and tell them that I received a call from there associate who left me a message that sounded as if she was bothered by having to call me and that I was very unhappy with being charged for three day shipping when that was never going to happen at that point., I paid extra for that. Also the track it option did not work could not actually track my package, still have no tracking number. I was assured by Jean in customer service on the 17th that she was going to reach there warehouse and get my fabric sent and leave my order as three day shipping, yesterday the 21st I emailed Jean again and no response. I'm calling my bank this is the worst experience i have ever had with an online fabric store and I buy a lot of fabric. After reading other reviews if I ever get the fabric I will be sure to send it back to them return receipt requested. I would give them 0 stars if possible.
