GigSalad has helped Sweet Harmony grow significantly for the past four or five years. I appreciate the prompt and efficient customer service and the fact that they listen to our suggestions. They also promote a healthy balance between the needs of the customer (who books us on GigSalad) and the needs of the gig worker (us).
Tip for consumers:
Make use of everything and get professional photos and videos. Also, when possible, use the site as a customer and book someone to do something you need, so that you can see things from the customer's point of view.
Products used:
This site connects customers with gig workers (musicians, Santa Claus actors, photographers, etc.). What they provide for us is advertising, a platform to communicate with customers, and a convenient and secure way for them to book us.
