Never received I ordered a voucher through Groupon it says invalid Groupon can't give me an answer and neither can the comic book quarter no one will give me a refund after I've paid for this two weeks ago

I ordered a voucher for comic book headquarters never received anything it says that the code is invalid I've contacted Groupon and also comic book headquarters and have not gotten no answers or different excuses I want a refund and no one will help me
