I placed an order to purchase their cookies on April 26th, 2020 and the order was not shipped out until May 4th, 2020 due to the change in the logistic company that they use to deliver their product. The order was supposed to be received on May 6th, 2020, but if did not arrive until May 11th, 2020. The reason for the delay in the shipment was due to an error on their part, but they insistently stated that the error was due to not having access to my apartment complex. Upon receiving the order, it clearly showed that the company "DID NOT" list my apartment number on the package and this was the reason for the delay. Prior to the delivery of the product, I became frustrated and asked them to refund my money. They clearly told me that they could not/would not refund me my money because "I would eventually receive the product". (Just to note, they DO NOT HAVE ANY REFUND POLICY/GUIDELINES LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE.) Due to the pandemic that is currently happening at this time (COVID-19), there is no way in the world that I will eat cookies that have been on a delivery truck three (3) times, with the intent on delivering them, as well as sitting in a warehouse over the weekend because the company does not deliver. In addition, the company's email system automatically sends a confirmation to the customer of the delivery, via email. In the email that I received; it clearly shows that my apartment number was not on the label. Prior to them even setting me up for delivery, I instructed them to "MAKE SURE" that my apartment number was on the package or the product would not be delivered, and they confirmed as you will see in the attached photos. Just know that this company will take your money and DOES NOT CARE if you receive your product or not. It is clearly stated as you will see in the photos as a result of a conversation that I had with an unknown representative of their company. As of today, I have not received a refund, and they have discontinued to communicate with me, via Instagram even after I provide proof of the fact that this was THEIR FAULT! I will never purchase anything else from this company and want to make sure that everyone is aware of their POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and LACK OF INTEREST in addressing customer issues.
