I paid for my item dec. 11 and just got it today on the 29th. Shipping is very slow and she makes no exceptions. You have to wait and too bad if it was a christmas gift. Rude and flippant. My order said partially shipped, also! I asked and she explained that it was packed and waiting to be mailed out. Lazy rude person to deal with! Never again!
