On April 7,2018 I purchased 6 scarves for my bridal party. Buy 6 pay for 4. They took my money but have since to receive anything. I have emailed them 3 times and no reply. No phone number to call. It actually says, "processing " on the status of my order. It has always said that. Don't order from this site! Am contacting my bank and hopefully they can help me get my money.
You tell me that you did not have the size I ordered so it had to be made and that is why it is a "made to order" dress. How are you able to word around that? All that means is you should post "out of stock" on the sizes that you do not have available. It seems you use this expression as a way to get out of ever giving a refund. Pretty sneaky on your behalf and you would think, "illegal". What a dishonest company you have. Shame on you! Also, my issue to begin with is; i want my dresses refunded because I ordered purple and you sent me blue dresses
