I recently purchased a pair of trainers from this site. It said they would be coming from the USA and so I expected to wait a couple of weeks. Once those weeks were up and after I had not received any delivery update I contacted them and after a few attempts got a very short, badly worded email to say the shoes were out of stock. I asked for a refund. After a few days they replied (again poor English and very short email) to say they would make a refund in 2-5 days. I then get an email stating a refund has been made but it is coming from overseas and will take up to 6 weeks. I work for a Japanese company and regularly make international payments, often to China, and I know for a fact it does not take this long! I have since found review websites from the USA which give this company a bad review stating that they supply fake trainers and do not make refunds. I have contacted them to ask for an immediate refund and I will be contacting my bank to let them know the situ. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
