Avoid at all costs! Together Energy couldn't successfully switch both Gas and Electric from my old provider and I have now been charged by both suppliers for the last 3 months. I called Together Energy on 25th June to first lodge a complaint, this was the last time I was able to speak to anyone in customer services despite numerous failed attempts. They have now implemented a call back service - not one of my calls has been returned since June and they have stopped responding to email enquiries. In addition, when logging into the complaint portal my complaint case has not even been assigned to an agent yet.
I don't think I'm the only one experiencing this as Together Energy are now at the bottom of Which's rating tables
I have now reported them to the energy ombudsman.
