I wish I saw these reviews before ordering! I ordered a compass which clearly stated shipping times of 10-15 business days. I ordered May 27 and received a tracking number on June 1. The package never moved.
I emailed them 20 days later and was told it was waiting for pickup and to give it a few days. A few days later, still no movement so I asked that my order be cancelled and my money refunded. No response.
I emailed them again and asked them to cancel and refund, this time they said they just got them back in stock and will ship within the week and I again asked them to cancel and refund. I ended up disputing the charge with my bank and filed a complaint yesterday.

Since your item has already been in transit, we cannot get the shipment cancelled and refunded. Please help us wait until it is delivered. You may then return the package for a full refund if you are not interested in the item anymore.
