I ordered a pair of Ugg boots on the 18th and it's already the 26th. I have not received any notification about my order. They said they would notify me after my order was in place, I never did. I now bought them again on the 26th and still no notification. I'm calling my bank. I don't want to pay for something that I am not receiving. I am not impressed with Famous Footwear. I did contact them and it says they won't get back to me for 3-4 days, what company takes that long to respond?. It's usually just 24 hours.
Tip for consumers:
You might not get a notification after you order, just make sure you check your email. If you don’t get one, then I would be concerned.
