I purchased a dress for my bday party for $68 and paid another $20 to get the dress within 5-10 days. Prior to purchasing I inquired on sizing. Did they provide USA sizing or China. Elizabeth (owner) stated a large was equivelant to a size 10. Because I'm curving and wear a 10 sometimes but usually a 11/12 I ordered the extra large. Mind you the dress didn't arrive until 26 days later thus the need to go out and buy another one last minute. Upon opening the dress I could tell right away it was not a size 11/12. I tried it on anyway. I couldn't even pull the top part over my head. My mom is a seamstress and this dress measures to be a size 8 in USA. So I contacted the seller requesting a refund upon her receiving the dress back. Elizabeth refuses to refund, exchange or even offer an apology for not sending timely and misrepresenting the size. Also I had ordered and paid for a white dress and I got black. This was mentioned to me after the purchase and what to do. I had already paid and thought ok I will just deal with that. So unfair. I work hard for my money and this is just so unfair.
