“40 minute wait time for Customer Service and no reply on their 'chat' either..”

I had to wait 40 minutes for a customer rep and also no one would reply on their 'chat'. I tried to cancel on line about 20 times but kept being directed to put my account on HOLD... So I was forced to make a phone call instead in order to cancel my account. I think this Company sucks. Don't waste your time. Bad web site and difficult to find your way around their site.
