I cannot recall when I first started shopping on Amazon but sometime around 2005. I have never been disappointed by their customer service - and that is saying something because I am old enough to recall when customer service was imperative to success. They may not always have the best prices and some of their sellers are a bit skeevey but the customer service has never let me down and I buy 95% of my stuff online!

Really should be -1 star. They need someone moderating the moderators. And round and round it goes. Either allow for freedom of expression or don't.
