“APPALLING”

I ordered a top and a pair of shoes for my mums birthday from this website.
Not only is their customer service appalling, they just do not answer emails.
They sent me the wrong size shoe and have not replied so my order is useless and I refuse to pay shipping to get the right size due to THEIR mistake.
I have had no reply or contact from this matter.
AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAUGE!
