I ordered an unlock code from them and paid a premium for unlocking it in 40 minutes or less. They could not unlock it even though their automated system stated otherwise. Just for clarification: you input all the information of the phone BEFORE you order. So the system knows exactly what phone it has to unlock. Stating that the code is available should mean that it is available. After 4 days and several delays they asked for more money. What does more money have to do with the unlocking process? I already paid you a premium and you could not unlock the phone. Why would 5$ more change anything? Why should I trust you after the system/you lied to me?
Did not pay them more, got a refund after some discussion/time and unlocked it somewhere else for the same price, and it worked.
Anyways,
Gave them a negative review and got answered that of course I am at fault, cause that is how they do business (pretty much summed up their answer).
I can live with that...
What really pissed me off was the fact that after 6 MONTHS! They report my negative review and state that I have not conducted business with them. WTH?
They replied to the review and everything. How can they reply to a review if they don't know what it's all about?
Lying piece of $#*!!
Luckily I had the old emails including receipt, communication etc. in my Inbox and sent it to trustpilot (reviewsite) and of course the negative review was put up again (after being taken offline because of their damn lies!).
If this is how you do business, then my time writing this review was well invested.
