BEWARE! Quite honestly, I must say that initially I was excited to work with Shoptique when I stumbled upon their website in 2015/2016. As a result, I placed them on my vision board and planned to contact them once I opened my boutique. June 2019 I opened my boutique and reached out to Shoptique; they responded super quick and were somewhat aggressive in me joining their marketplace. They emailed constantly, called all the time and were once again really aggressive with me signing up. Although reluctant, I signed up and hadn't even had an opportunity to read through the paperwork especially considering I had literally just opened my Boutique 2 weeks prior. Once I told them that the $1000. 00 was way too expensive and that I would rather hold off on working with them, they immediately waived the $1000. 00 fee and only charged me $125 and promised all of these great perks with the package... The commission is super high and everything seemed too good to be true. I was then supposed to be contacted and setup and NEVER received the call. However, when the young lady * wanted my $125 and my $1000. 00 she called and emailed ALL of the TIME! Once I never received the setup call, I began feeling even more leery about this company. I began looking closer at the boutique/shops that are signed up with them, supposedly and learned that a few companies were no longer with them... I started digging and conducting research and found that there are a number of UNHAPPY customers. I reached out to CANCEL my service and was told that would be fine; before long EVERYBODY and their MOM began calling me from SHOPTIQUE pressuring me to stay with them. It was unbelievable! They actually had at least 5 different people call me and boy were they aggressive. Now I'm even more leery. They knew very well that I was not interested in working with them BUT kept coming on STRONG! Before I knew I was told that I couldn't have my refund of $125 back, although * and another young lady told me I could. Disappointing. Then before long, they began applying more pressure, having their customers * or whomever, call me! Mind you, I had already told them I was no longer interested in moving forward. Then days later a lady with a strong international contacted me lying and saying that she was *... I told her look, I just spoke with * yesterday and for more than an hour 2 weeks ago... You sound COMPLETELY DIFFERENT and YOU'RE NOT *! Etc... FRAUD! Now they won't answer anymore emails and are refusing to honor my refund of $125... They even attempted to charge my credit card again! DECLINED, thank GOD! THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD! PLEASE DON'T TRUST THEM.
