This company is a scam. My id number is *******. I ordered the package including both the transcript and the diploma but they only shipped me the diploma and ignored the transcript. They never replied when I contacted them to process the transcript.

Hi thinh duong. Thank you for trying to buy a utah college diploma from us. An honest mistake on our part to forget your transcripts but I don't see any emails from back in June regarding your package missing documents. Maybe they were? I can't verify. I hope this review is legit. Companies forget to package things all the time. There was also confusion because at least second you changed your address to vung Tai City which probably mixed things up. Sorry for the delay in responding, but we were busy shipping out many packages. We have a 99.9% success rate with almost everything we shipped. I am sorry things didn't work. It pains me to see things go wrong. If you still nee the transcripts you can email me through resolution center and I will provide it.
