Be careful who you choose to inspect your septic system if you are buying or selling a home. Our potential buyer used Earthcare to inspect our septic system. At the time of the inspection we were told that there was "nothing much" to report. Two days later were given a report that recommended we install an entirely new system at a cost of over $20,000. We called in 4 professionals in the field to provide estimates to do the work for us... not one of them told us that our system needed to be replaced. Three of the companies said our system was working properly. One said they could "service it for $12,000". This consisted of cleaning the pipes and pumping the system. DRAW YOUR OWN CONCLUSION.
