I placed my order over three weeks ago, I began checking in on it after two and half weeks. Their customer service is horrible, they do not return phone calls, they do not respond to emails. The only way I was able to talk to anyone was to call and hang up, call and hang up, call till she answered and at some point in there they'd just disconnect from your call. After three weeks they still couldn't give me a freight carrier or tracking number, which means in my book the order hasn't shipped. I called back to tell them to cancel it; after make the long frustrating attempts at talking to someone and she said she was doing so. I now find out it's shipped, although they're not the ones who informed me. I contacted the manufacturer directly. I was also told by the manufacturer that they received my order just 5 days ago. I am refusing the freight when it comes. And I will take them to small claims if they pursue charging my credit card.

I see she also runs serveral other baby furniture websites... be careful. They may seem like different business, but they're not.
