On October 5,2016 I ordered a wig by "It's A Wig" called "Yuliya".
It shipped 10-06-16 and I received it 10-12-16 via USPS. I was so excited about the $4.99 flat rate shipping promotion, Yaaaaay! I am very pleased with my purchase and plan to become one of Ebonyline's frequent customers. I just love stress free shopping!
1. In January 2016 they sent me the WRONG order. I ordered a "Beshe" Ella HH wig color P1B/30 but received color P1B/30 Patch. They insisted that they had sent the correct order even though this color was NOT shown in the lineup.
2. I e-mailed them 1 video and 7 photos and they STILL claimed the correct color was shipped and Elevate Styles refused to provide shipping labels for my return.
3. I made a written complaint to the BBB of Illinois and THEN they provided shipping labels for my return order. I FINALLY received the correction in February 2016 and received a voucher credit. These events have cost me time and a little extra money and because during all of this hassle they had a shipping rate increase.
I may never order from them again! I am EXTREMELY disappointed!
WHAT HAPPENED TO ELEVATE STYLES' EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE PAST?
Great Prices, Prompt Shipping. I began ordering from this Company in May 2014 when they did not have free shipping. They have really improved with their Website. I've ordered twice from them so far and plan to order again. Just recently discovered their Free Shipping for orders over $49.99; Beauty Of New York is FANTASTIC!
The phone number listed on their website sounds like a fax and it does not provide a voice option. I e-mailed them 5 days ago and e-mailed again with NO RESPONSE. Is this a website problem or just WIMP CUSTOMER SERVICE?
