I'm going to be as brief as possible. I used the Lyft express hertz vehicle for 15 months and I was a very bad decision. One reason is because Hertz Elston location lied to my face by promising I can return vehicle with zero gas return limit and to look for a credit on my account for days non use ( 12/31-01/02 ). People who drive for any share rides no the values of those days. Today I return the car and my balance owed is ridiculous. I have called over 20 times and left several voice messages with the at this location manager Shavon Lacey (she was the 2nd person that made the promise ). The humiliation I experienced when I was told to contact Lyft bc Hertz done their part. Someone need to be held accountable as I spent over $27,000 renting from Hertz last year!
