For elderly people to have to deal with the quality of QLink wireless is a downright shame! Due to phone and service, I also lost my phone number of several years because Agent would not release it when trying to get new service with another provider. I waited two days, without a phone for them to respond to no avail. Rating on scale of 1-10= *******000! Don't waste your time and energy!
