Hello Syed. Can you please provide us your Transaction ID and IMEI number to locate your order? Usually our reports are being send instantly (Some raw results) and then one of our agents get back to you with a more detailed report, which also includes methods and services for fixing it. Once you provide us your transaction ID, we will locate your order and see what the problem is and why it wasn't send to your email.

Our iPhone team informed me that they delivered the report to you.
Our reports are indeed instant when our customers add the correct IMEI number, since our script gets that IMEI number and runs it through all the available databases, and return the results to their email. If the IMEI number is wrong, then the whole process stops, and it only returns the message that there is an error with the IMEI number (Which is what happened to your case).
