I made a big mistake of purchasing YuppTV monthly subscription for my parents who were visiting and the subscription started on Sept 14th, 2018. I took the monthly one because I thought I can cancel it anytime when I don't need it. I used the online chat today requesting to cancel my subscription and the chat person said it will canceled by this month i.e. Nov 30th. So basically I'm forced to pay a full subscription for another month but services will be provided for half the time. The customer service person didn't give any valid reason but just a blunt message that if he raises cancellation request it will be end of the month. And a very nice thank you message for simply cheating customers. I would never recommend anyone to use YuppTv. I will make sure I share this all my friends on social network.
