I have placed my first ever order with popreal for son's photo shoot 07 Jul 2017. I acknowledge that they take 3-7 days for processing the order, In my case it was more than 2 weeks. So I have sent Email, I had a response back from customer support, her name is Alina. She has extremely helpful and has been assisting me with my order change and processing. I have been constantly looking on app for updates, but nothing has been changed so I thought of sending another email to customer support where I have been responded with shipment details. However, it took almost month for my order to delivered (For Information my order got delivered on 02,03 & 09 Aug 2017 as they have posted separately so that I could receive quickly). The designs and colours of the dresses seem perfect as shown online. Loved the patterns but quality seems alright for the prices that are on sale.
