“Worst Customer Service Ever”

I ordered two screen protectors for my husband and I totaling $66. I kept checking to see if the items had shipped and when they had not I tried contacting the company five times. I never received a reply and ended up going through my credit card company in order to facilitate a refund. Oh did I mention that after the second email was sent their website suddenly stopped working also.
