The only time I ever ordered from them, I received my correct order before the suggested delivery date, and my item was well packaged and protected. Great website shopping experience!

I have ordered many items from this website. I always receive my orders on time with the correct items ordered. I have never had a negative experience... they are a great shopping website.

I ordered a BLACK skull mania flat iron set, and received a WHITE skull mania flat iron set. And that is just the beginning of my complaint. Their website says that you will receive all orders 7-10 business days, along with a confirmation e-mail when your order is sent. Well, don't look for that e-mail, I never got one. I e-mailed them twice, and got no reply. Then, I called them twice, got their voice mail both times, again, no reply. I received my wrong product 17 days (12 business days) later. So, now, after receiving the wrong product, I have again called and got their voice mail. I have $90.00 wrapped up in this situation so far, and, will probably keep it at that. I can't imagine how long it will take to return the wrong product, to receive the correct one... or, how much money I will have to put out for return shipping. I definitely would not recommend this website for future shopping.
