“Good luck getting a refund”

They sold me perfume that was out of stock. I requested a refund. I waited 11 days and contacted them again to enquire about my nonexistent refund and was told to be patient. I am now so patient that I am involving the dept. of fair trading. Don't waste your time with this company. You only get one star because I am unable to give less.

You need to contact Fair Trading right away give them the info of your CC name and ABN otherwise...
