Amazon has the best customer service ever. It's the way customer service used to be conducted - when companies still cared about customer satisfaction. However, the same consideration doesn't evidently translate to employee relations. The more I read about its employee unfriendly policies + treatment, the more I turn my business elsewhere. Sorry but I can't feel good about supporting a company that mistreats its workers.
