I have paid $14.99 a month and on a few orders from Appleseeds, I have received discounts as advertised. This month I needed to return some items as the clothing sizes were inconsistent and tried to go online to file for the return shipping rebate. Unable to do s-and not because I have inept computer skills. Called the customer service number and was told they were not able to help me with the online rebate process. I asked to do it on the phone and was told that the representative did not have time to do rebates on the phone and she would snail mail me a packet that would arrive in a week. I pushed to do it on the phone and was told that I would have to provide proof of purchase as they do not have access to Appleseeds records and also that I would have to mail in receipts from the post office showing that I mailed the items in. This is despite having received emails that my return has been received. Thirty minutes of my valuable time and $19.98 of non-refunded return postage. I have cancelled this "service" and would suggest that Appleseeds cease the program as it only alienates customers.
