HORRIBLE experience trying to cancel my service. After spending hours on the phone, I was directed to a representative who said my service would be canceled at the end of the month. What they didn't tell me is that I would be charged for the next month as well because of the way their billing cycle runs. I received a letter that my equipment wasn't returned and I spent several more hours on the phone trying to get that resolved. I disputed the additional month of billing since I had no service (obviously) after my equipment was returned. Now, I have a collection agency calling me repeatedly for the month in which I had no service. After years of paying my bill on time it comes down to this nightmare experience.
I absolutely would NOT RECOMMEND Spectrum if you have ANY choice. If you have NO choice, do not enroll in Auto Pay.
