Years ago I ordered a dress but changed my mind and cancelled the order. Since they already said it was boxed and ready to ship they would not credit me the amount even though I offered to pay for the shipping costs. Mind you, I never received the dress. I was told the over $400 would be a store credit and would be good "forever". So years later I tried to buy a few items with my "forever" store credit. The company will not honor it, nor will they answer phone calls (mail box is full) or emails about it. It's like I totally don't exist. Be careful ordering from this company.
