Worst Online Store with deceptive products description
Wayfair is the worst online company I have ever dealt with. As a first time customer, I purchased some bedding including quilts from Wayfair. The product description and specification did not match the merchandise I received. The customer help desk person was extremely rude and arrogant. She told me that you should read the description and product shipped was correct to the description. Wayfair does not pay shipping for the returned goods because they know that customer will have to think twice before returning the goods. Customer will be out of pocket for shipping charges for returning the goods and end up with complete loss. A double whammy! I will never again purchase from Wayfair. Amazon, Walmart, and other businesses provide such a better customer service. Not sure how Wayfair can stay in business with such a bad policy and customer service, and selling extremely bad merchandise which does not even meet the description and specification provided on their website.
