My cable box suddenly stopped working. Spectrum said it had "stopped communicating with them".
Spectrum tech came and replaced my Samsung box with its Spectrum brand. It has no clock, no caller ID log, and is simply inferior. I suspect they disabled the box I had so they could replace it with their own brand. A total ripoff.
