My fiancee bought me a set of rings for my birthday but accidentally bought the wrong size. It came in a joancee bag, box, and had their card inside. I wrote the company attaching a proof of purchase to request the exchange - at our expense. They denied it was their item so I sent a photo of the box, bag, card and ring set as proof. SUDDENLY we got a message from QUARLLA.com saying- "Oh, the courrier mixed up the boxes and it is OUR order". To do an exchange you will need to send it to CHINA to have it resized at your expense. When I replied that an exchange doesn't usually involve resizing - I never heard from them again! Beware buying from joancee (or quarlla) if you have any customer service issues!
