When I explained that I was 70+ the Computer Technician offered to lead me step by step through the process. Fortunately for him I didn't find that necessary. He was very courteous and made the whole process painless.

Tip for consumers:
I came through the ASUS product Site and at first didn't realize that I was dealing with another company.
