This company does not back their product and when there are issues they also choose not to deal with the consumer but instead direct me to the retailer. I had marmoleum tiles instaled throughout my house and notified the company 2 years ago that they were molding and they tried to say maybe they were not sealed correctly next to tub but in fact, the tiles are all swelling, separating, and MOLDING! Literally in every room they are in, even with the littlest of drink spilled on them. The top where they are clicked together cannot even handle a little of spilled water or swiffer wet. I have contacted the company many times over the years but now my kids' health is in danger from mold and I had to have my house remediated but could not complete it due to lack of funds to pay for it. I still need floors replaced and some mold still remediated and restored. Forbo is WELL aware of what my family is going through!

I emailed this company to let them know my items were severely damaged with no response. I then received this link to leave "positive feedback". I responded telling them again about the damage with again, no response!
