SPECTRUM TAKES ADVANTAGE OF SENIORS. THEY OVERCHARGED ON SERVICE ON MOST CHANNELS I DON'T RECEIVE STILL CHARGE FOR BOXES I DON'T HAVE SINCE I STREAM ON ROKU

STAY AWAY FROM SPECTRUM FIND AN ALTERNATIVE TO STREAMING OR CABLE VIEWING.

Products used:
Cable/Internet service. For the past five years, I am not receiving the channels I’m suppose to receive. Some I get most I don’t. TWICE I have scheduled service repair to come out and TWICE was a no show. I gave up both cable boxes which includes DVR and service in 2020, still getting charged for. And since not using the boxes the channels still don’t come up. So, therefore it wasn’t an issue on MY end but there’s. They also Jack up my rates every 2-3 months by $20 each time. I’m almost at $300 a month for Internet and partial cable.

UPS in my experience is HORRIBLE! My package was set to be delivered on a Tuesday then got bumped up to Monday. Without explanation got bumped back on Tuesday. (Never leaving any details in the tracking link) which was fine by me since that was the original day. Tuesday comes and goes NO DELIVERY! I contact UPS on tracking site through live digital chat. The worthless employee has the gall to blame the sender for hiring UPS's service. NOT TAKING accountability for the terrible service. The chat rep then escalated by complaint to a supervisor who called. She had no explanation and agreed with the live chat rep that it was the senders fault. BAD MANAGEMENT AND BAD SERVICE!
